How this planner works
The itinerary starts with a simple rhythm for your selected trip style. Arrival and departure have lighter blocks; you supply actual places, opening times and reservations. This tool does not calculate routes or check availability.
A budget you can trace
Daily allowance = (total budget − transport − lodging − reserve) ÷ calendar days. The per-person figure then divides by the number of travellers. A negative remainder is shown as an overspend rather than hidden.
Leave room between the blocks
Check the opening hours of any venue you add and allow for getting there, meals and rest. Use the original airline, transport operator and destination authority for current requirements. Our source library and baggage atlas give you a place to begin.
