The interactive tools
Calculator and planner entries are held in the current page session. The application does not send them to an analytics service or save them to an account. Refreshing the page resets the tools. Exports are generated in your browser and saved only when you choose to download them.
Hosting and access
The website is hosted through Sites. Hosting services process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. Fonts and editorial images are served with the site.
Links and downloads
Opening an external retailer or source takes you to that provider’s service and privacy practices. Calendar files are imported by you; importing one does not connect this site to your calendar. The site does not send email reminders.
Optional newsletter
If you subscribe, we send your email address, language and signup consent to Klaviyo for the Cabin & Carry newsletter. Tick the newsletter consent box and submit the form to subscribe; no confirmation email is required. Your signup is not shared with our other publications. Unsubscribe in any newsletter or contact contact@cabinandcarry.com.
The form contacts Klaviyo only when you submit it. A local dismissal preference lasts seven days; a successful signup preference lasts 180 days. Clear browser site data to remove these preferences.
Newsletter delivery uses Klaviyo. Emails may record opens and link clicks to help assess delivery and readership. Ask the publication to access or delete your subscription information.
Cookie settings and analytics
Google Analytics is currently off while reporting settings are reviewed. Cookie settings in the footer lets you inspect your choices. When enabled, analytics loads only after you allow it; rejecting or closing leaves analytics off. A choice lasts up to 180 days on this domain only.
The prepared integration records canonical page URLs without query strings or referring URLs. It does not send tool inputs, food notes or email addresses. Advertising consent remains denied. You can withdraw through Cookie settings; withdrawal clears analytics cookies and reloads the page, but does not delete records Google already received.
